Each space consists of one table and two chairs. One space will be 8’x 6’ each.

Please understand that it may be possible for others to be selling the same items as you are.

Rules for Expo 2008

• Vendors must pre-register with this form and be paid before the first day of the Expo and donate a raffle item in order to show your items.
• Raffle items are required to be present NO later then Friday before 11 AM.
• The public is welcome and there is NO charge to get in.
• Please remember that this is family oriented and any material not meeting those standards will not be permitted at this Expo.
• Please clean up after yourself. If you see some trash on the floor near your booth, please be kind and pick it up and throw it away. It also reflects on you.
• Do not paste, tape, or tack anything to the walls. Banners are welcome on the table.
• Skirting or table covering is your responsibility.
• Maximum height will not exceed 10 foot.
• NO FOOD will be sold by vendors. No alcohol permitted in the Expo area.
• There will be a setup time on Friday morning from 10 AM to 12:00 PM only.
• Any items left at the Eastwood Mall Expo Center are not the responsibility of the Trumbull County Fire Fighter’s Association or Eastwood Mall Expo Center. Any items lost, stolen, or broken is your responsibility and not those of the names mentioned above.
•  You have the opportunity to setup one hour prior to opening and tear down one hour after close of each day. You may leave your items in the building if you desire, but again, it is your responsibility.
• Give-a-ways are a nice way to get addresses and you are welcome to have them at your table also. This is not the item that you donate to the raffle.
• Hours of operation: Friday (setup 10 AM) Noon to 8 PM (tear down until 9 PM), Saturday (setup 9 AM) 10 AM to 8 PM (tear down until 9 PM), and Sunday (setup 9 AM) 10 AM to 5 PM (tear down until 7 PM).
• Raffle tickets will be sold the entire time up until 3:30 PM on Saturday when we will begin to draw for the winners. Winners need not be present to win. Random giveaways will take place the entire time of the Expo. Donations accepted.
• If you are using raffle tickets, YELLOW or GREEN can not be used.
